Iam Hamish Long and i love mountain biking. Over a decade i travelled a huge mountain trails in various places especially in Australia and New Zealand.

Mountain Biking has became a favourite sport of mine from the young age of 16. Through years of riding in rocky mountain i had the previlage of biking experience with my friends.

Mountain biking is tough sport but very good maintaining physical fitness and stamina.
